A certified Trainer, professional Speaker and Coach, Su Thomas is Founder of Davidson Greenwood.

Su Thomas is a catalyst for ideas, inspiration and change. She is a certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), founding member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC), Coachville,  an active member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS), the Director of Communications for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in Ottawa, and a Club President of Toastmasters International. Toastmasters is dedicated to making effective communication a world-wide reality and so is Su Thomas. A graduate of University of Toronto's International Relations Programme, Su speaks 5 languages, six including her expertise in reading and translating body language. She skilfully helps participants gain the communication skills and confidence to go after what they want; personally and professionally. Her enthusiasm is infectious.
