Founder and Managing Partner of Renewal Technologies, Roger is an educator, consultant, coach, executive and well-respected speaker. He has over 25 years experience in management, management of change, process renewal, professional development and training with municipal, provincial and federal governments and private sector firms.

Roger is a Certified Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), as well as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and former executive in the Canadian federal government. He was previously a (tenured) professor at a Canadian university and was listed in the International Who's Who in Education.

For the past 15 years, he has been (and continues to be) a student of personal development methodologies. He is the author of Live Your Dreams Let Reality Catch Up: NLP and Common Sense for Coaches, Managers and You and co-designer and presenter on the 12 audiotape series "Change at the Speed of Thought!".

He has written many articles on NLP and Time Line Therapy. His articles have appeared in the following journals: Engineering Education, Biometrics, Technometrics, Communications in Statistics, Canadian Journal of Statistics, Journal of the Virginia Academy of Science, and the Journal of the Time Line Therapy Association. www.renewal.ca
