John is an inspiring and dynamic trainer, who has excelled in family business for 35 years. A successor to two family businesses and founder of three, John is also uniquely trained as a family business facilitator, certified by the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise (CAFÉ). In addition, John works with blended families, building a roadmap for transition.

Through a portfolio of challenging workshops and individuals counseling strategies, John provides a unique opportunity to explore an integrative experience in the art of leading, in participant's personal, family or business lives. John inspires business and family leaders to provide compelling guidance, based on understanding, compassion and flexibility, by living their authentic values. He guides participants through a vibrant process that brings clarity and focus to difficult relationships, yields a new ability to design a realistic vision, and builds a desirable life/work balance.

John has spent the last decade learning the art of advanced facilitation and business profitability consulting. He has taken negotiation and mediation courses at the Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation (CIIAN), is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, NLP Trainer, a certified Master of Time Line Therapy® and holds a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University in Montreal.
